About Our Placentia Concrete Company
We pour driveways, patios, pool decks and the rest of the flatwork around your home. Before we start, we walk you through what goes under the slab, what each finish means and where the money goes, so you can pick the right option and know what you are paying for.

How We Run a Job
We are a concrete contractor working on homes in Placentia and the cities around it. We are licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB). Our work is new concrete outside your home: driveways, patios, stamped concrete, side yards, steps, RV pads, courtyards and walkways.
Most of what makes concrete last is hidden once it is poured. The depth of the gravel base. How well it is compacted. Whether there is rebar or wire mesh, and where the control joints go. We explain each of these at the estimate, in everyday words, because they are the parts you cannot check later.
On pour day we tell you when the truck is coming, where it will park and how long to stay off the new slab. Foot traffic usually waits a day or two. Cars wait about a week. We pull the forms and clean up before we leave, and every job comes with our 1-year warranty.
What You Can Expect From Us
- 01
Options laid out side by side
Broom finish, exposed aggregate, stamped, colored. We tell you how each one looks, how it holds up to bare feet in summer and how much upkeep it needs. Then you choose.
- 02
Estimates broken into lines
Your written estimate lists demolition, base, reinforcement, finish and any permit as separate lines. If something changes once the old slab is out, we show you before we do more work.
- 03
Straight talk about cracks
Concrete cracks. Control joints tell it where to crack so the lines stay neat. We show you where we plan to cut them and why, so a hairline crack down the road is not a surprise.
- 04
Your yard treated with care
We protect walls, plants and paths next to the pour. The old concrete and leftover material leave with us.
Where We Pour
We work in Placentia and nearby cities including Anaheim, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Brea, Villa Park, Orange, Garden Grove, Buena Park, La Habra and Chino Hills. A lot of the ground in this part of Orange County is clay that swells when wet and shrinks in dry months, so we check soil and drainage at every site before we set the base depth.
If your project needs a city permit, such as a new driveway approach at the curb, we tell you at the estimate and handle the paperwork.
